SMS consent is never prechecked and is not a condition of purchase. Selecting text as the preferred contact method requires the separate SMS permission box.

What is recorded

The system records the consent language, timestamp, source page, and phone number submitted with the request.

Current messaging

Eduardo may respond about your request through the configured messaging channel. The SMS sender may differ from the direct calling number.

Rates and opt-out

Message and data rates may apply. When automated texting is activated, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent applies only to the submitted phone number.

Marketing messages

Marketing texts are not sent without recorded consent. Automated provider features remain disabled until they are deliberately configured.
