How eAuto Deals handles information you choose to submit.

Optional analytics cookies
With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits, device/browser information and interactions with this site. Our custom events report the form type, language and successful submission, not your name, email, phone number, address, answers or photos. Vehicle events may include the public listing identifier; your trade-in VIN is not sent. Advertising features are disabled. You can accept, refuse or change this choice through Cookie preferences at the bottom of the page. Refusing does not prevent you from submitting a form. Visit and cookie identifiers may be processed by Google.
Information collected
We collect contact details, preferred language, vehicle interests, trade information, appointment requests, referral and campaign information, consent records, and any comments or photos you choose to submit.
How information is used
Eduardo uses the information to respond, locate or discuss vehicles, coordinate appointments and trade evaluations, and work with the applicable Empire dealership. Information is not sold.
Private feedback and referrals
Delivery-survey answers and referral contacts are private, not public reviews. Photo/video publication requires separate permission; social handles are optional. Submitted requests and feedback may be emailed to Eduardo and processed by the configured email provider. Deleting a dashboard record does not recall emails already sent.
Storage and access
Lead and appointment data is stored in a protected system. Trade photos are stored separately and are available only through the protected admin area. Records are retained only as reasonably needed for the request, business records, safety, and legal obligations.
Providers
Configured email, business SMS, analytics, spam-prevention, calendar, and hosting providers may process limited data required for their services. Optional tracking is not activated until configured.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information by calling 732-630-7409 or emailing eduardo@eauto.deals, subject to legal and business record obligations.
Security
Reasonable technical safeguards, validation, access controls, and rate limits are used. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
